摘要
以凌云集团在企业管理中的激励创新为例 ,分析了企业寻求激励创新的方法和手段 ,阐述了现代企业进行激励创新的必要性 ,以及在激励创新实践中应注意的问题。
On the basis of close examination of the Lingyun Group's exploration in establishing initiative innovation in routine management, the general measures taken by modern enterprises are studied. Moreover, the importance and necessity for such innovation, and also the problems frequently encountered in management practices are discussed.
