溶胶-凝胶Al_2O_3溶胶薄膜早期干燥过程研究

Study on the Initial Drying Process of Al_2O_3 Ceramic Film by Using a Sol-gel Method

采用无机盐先驱体 ,溶胶 凝胶法制备了Al2 O3 溶胶薄膜 ,并对溶胶膜的早期干燥过程进行了研究。结果表明 ,Al2 O3 溶胶薄膜的早期干燥过程存在着 2个恒速干燥期 ,第 1恒速干燥期的干燥速度明显高于第 2恒速干燥期。此外 ,在早期干燥过程中 ,随着温度的升高 ,薄膜失重率急剧增加。为了获得理想的薄膜 。

Al 2O 3 sols were prepared using inorganic salts as precursors and the initial drying process was studied .It shows that the drying process is composed of two constant drying rate periods and the drying speed in the first period is faster than that of the second one.In addition,temperature has evident effect on the weight loss rate.With the temperature raises,weight loss rate of the film increases significantly.In order to obtain the ideal film,step drying system must be complied.
