摘要
宁夏化工厂第二套大氮肥工程于 1991年开始筹建。因陕甘宁气田开发要求尽快进行试采和接纳输出的天然气 ,为尽快尽省建这套装置 ,对是否能采用二手设备进行了调查。这项工程采用加拿大拉姆顿工厂的合成氨二手设备和墨西哥的尿素闲置设备 (未用过的 ) ,于 1999年底建成投产。对用二手设备建设大氮肥是否可行 ,有哪些经验教训 ,宁夏化工厂二套工程的实际效果如何 。
The second set of nitrogenous fertilizer plant of Ningxia Chemical Co was in planning to be built since 1991 At the time it was urged by Shan gan ning natural gas field to accept its natural gas as fast as possible In order to construct this plant as fast and cheap as possible, it was investigated whether second hand equipment could be used At the end of 1999,this plant was built and put into operaton The equipment used are second hand ammonia equipment from Lumton Factory, Canada,and the idle urea equipment(never used) from Mexico Some thoughts were given on the feasibility to use second hand equipment ,the experiences and lessens got,as well as the actual operating results of this plant
