咪唑啉在高温碱性环境中对碳钢的成膜机理研究 被引量:10

摘要 合成了一种新型咪唑啉类缓蚀剂OM 2 ,探讨了OM 2在高温碱性条件下对碳钢的成膜机理。用DTA研究了OM 2的热分解温度。用IR和XPS等方法研究了高温试验后产物的结构变化以及成膜试片表面的元素组成。试验结果表明 ,高温条件下 ,咪唑啉发生开环反应 ,生成了酰胺类物质。OM 2是一种成膜型缓蚀剂 。 A new type of corrosion inhibitor OM\|2 was synthesized and the film formation mechanism of inhibitor was studied for carbon steel in high temperature alkaline solution. Thermal discomposing temperature was determined by DTA, and the change of structure and element composition of surface film with inhibitor after high temperature tests were studied by means of IR and XPS etc. Results showed that imidazoline was hydrolyzed to amide by ring opening reaction under high temperature. OM\|2 was a kind of film\|forming corrosion inhibitor and could form a compact film through bonding nitrogen atom in five\|membered ring to Fe atom on the surface.
