不锈钢离子镀Ti(C,N)膜后的抗氧化性能研究 被引量:4

Oxidation Resistance of Austenite Stainless Steel with Ion Plating Ti(C, N) Films

摘要 采用空心阴极离子镀的方法在奥氏体不锈钢 (1Cr18Ni9Ti)的表面沉积了Ti(C ,N)膜。通过扫描电镜、X射线衍射分析等观察了试样的氧化情况 ,进行了物象分析 ,研究了镀膜的抗氧化性能。结果表明 ,该膜层能大大提高基体的抗氧化性能。另外 。 Ti(C, N) films were deposited on austenite stainless (1Cr18Ni9Ti) substrate by ion plating method. SEM and XRD were used to examine the oxidation and structure of samples, and also the oxidation resistance of plating was studied. Results showed that the oxidation resistance was greatly improved with Ti(C, N) films. Oxidation resistance behavior and mechanism of plating were also discussed.
