儿童孤独症的临床与病因学研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 儿童孤独症是发生于儿童早期的一种神经精神发育障碍,患病率一般在2～13/10000(国内0.28/1000),临床主要表现为社交障碍、言语发育障碍以及兴趣、情绪和动作行为方面的异常。其病因尚不明了,现有研究提示与遗传因素密切相关。本病的治疗依赖于特殊教育、行为训练与矫正及药物治疗等综合措施,早期积极治疗对改善预后有重要意义。
