深圳市人民医院2000年卫生学监测结果分析

Analysis of result of hygiene survey in Shenzhen people's hospital in 2000 years

目的 :监测医院消毒效果 ,发现消毒灭菌管理中存在的问题。方法 :每月定期对临床科室送检的卫生学标本 ,按卫生部《消毒技术规范》进行临床实验监测。结果 :全年检测标本 5 32 6份 ,总合格率为 96 6 % ,与 1999年总合格率为 96 2 %比较及与市 (区 )防疫站监测总合格率 97.6 %比较 ,检测结果总体是接近的。灭菌物品和环氧乙烷炉 (高压蒸汽炉 )医院监测和防疫站监督检测结果一致 ,合格率为10 0 %。血液透析液和紫外线灯强度合格率最低 ,分别为 83 7%和 81.7%。结论 :重视消毒灭菌工作 ,使消毒效果较为稳定 ,医院感染监控实验室检测结果真实可信。但仍存在不足 ,要继续加强常规性监督 ,尤其对重点部门、重点环节要有足够的关注。要充分利用监测资料 ,及时上报 。

Objectives:To survey hospital disinfectant effects and find questions in disinfectant and sterilization administration.Methods:The hygiene samples of clinical department were put to the test every month according to <Disinfectant technology canon>.Results:The test samples were 5326,total qualified rate of the disinfectant efficiency was 96.6% and was compared with the total qualified rate:96.2% in 1999 and 97.6% of the city sanitary and anti\|epidemic station test.Result of surveillance totality were close.Sterilization article and Ethylene Oxide(Pre\|vacuum autoclaves)surveillance of hospital and the city sanitary and anti epidemic station test were uniform qualified rate was.The qualified rate of blood dialysis fluid and ultraviolet Radiation intensity was much lower for 83.7% and 81.7%.Conclusion:The whole medical staffs were taken into account work of disinfectant and sterilization,sanitizing effect of hospital more stabilized Laboratory of infection result of surveillance was true and turst.but still have hidden danger of idsinfectant and sterilization need keep frequently surveillance,especially emphasis department and link were ameliorated at the same time we should make full use of surveys datum and in time report and feedback.
