摘要
对HACCP、ISO9001:2000、ISO14001:1996及SQF2000CM等国际标准中的各要素进行整合,建立针对航空食品企业的综合管理体系模式,并在此基础上提出实施步骤和要则。
This paper presents the status of food safety in our country in brief, then makes some suggestions on strengthening the work of food safety and establishing China food safety quality control system.
