国产盐酸阿扎司琼注射液止吐疗效观察 被引量：8

摘要 呕吐是癌症患者在化疗过程中常出现的药物不良反应之一。由日本吉富制药株式社研制开发、1997年经国家卫生部药政局批准进口的盐酸阿扎司琼注射液（azasctron hydrochloride injection）（注册号：X970086，商品名为Serotone，苏罗同）对5-HT受体具有高选择性及强有力的阻断作用，能有效地控制恶心、哎吐，且不产生锥体外系症状[1，2]，但该药的价格比较昂贵，难以作为临床预防性用药.
