摘要 对珍汕 97B、明恢 6 3、H14 93、中花 11等 4个水稻品种的成熟胚在组织培养中愈伤组织诱导率和植株再生率的研究表明 ,在N6培养基中附加体积分数为 2× 10 -3 的 2 ,4 -D时诱导率最高。在相同的诱导培养基和分化培养基上 ,4个水稻品种的愈伤组织诱导率和植株再生率表现出极大的差异。粳稻H14 93表现最好 ,其诱导率和再生率分别达到 90 .6 %和 90 .0 % ;中花 11次之 ,分别为 85 .2 %和 6 6 .7% ;2个籼稻品种的愈伤组织诱导率较低 ,植株再生率几乎为 0。说明本试验中的诱导条件适合于粳稻品种 。 The callus induction and plantlet regeneration of four rice varieties, i.e., Zhenshan 97B, Minghui 63, H1493 and Zhonghua 11 were studied in the tissue culture of mature embryo. The results showed that the induction rate was highest when 2 ml/L of 2,4-D was added in the N6 culture medium. Cultured with the same induction and differentiation media, the four rice varieties showed a great difference in the callus induction rate and plantlet regeneration rate. The japonica variety H1493 was the best with its induction rate and regeneration rate as high as 90.6% and 90.0%, respectively. Followed was Zhonghua 11 (85.2% and 66.7%). However, the callus induction rate was low and plantlet regeneration rate was nearly zero in the tested two indica varieties (Zhenshan 97B and Minghui 63). It was indicated that the experimental conditions were suitable for the tissue culture of japonica but not suitable for that of indica in rice.
