REPAIRING ALA NASI DEFECT BY LOCAL NASOLABIAL SULCUS FLAP

目的:探索临床上修复鼻翼缺损较理想的方法和材料。方法:回顾分析11例鼻翼缺损患者的治疗过程,总结用局部带蒂的鼻唇沟瓣修复鼻翼缺损的设计方法和治疗效果。结果:鼻唇沟瓣取材方便,供区不留畸形且皮瓣颜色和受区相适应,有10名患者对术后效果较满意,只有1例患者经过二期手术后也达到了治疗目的。结论:局部带蒂的鼻唇沟瓣用于修复鼻翼缺损是一种较好的方法。

Objective: To Analyse the clinical therapeutical method, and probe an ideal method and material to repair the defect of ala nasi. Methods: Through retrospecting and analysing the procedure of reconstructing ala nasi defect in 11 cases, to summarize the designing method and treating effect of repairing ala nasi defect by nasolabial sulcus flap. Results: It was easy to obtain an nasolabial salcus flap, and its colour was suitable for the nose, there was not new malformation be left after opteration in the face. Ten of all patients were satisfied with their repaired noses,only one patient suffered a secondary operation. Conclusion: These data confirm that it′s an ideal method and material for nasolabial salcus flap to repair ala nasi defect.
