香榧主要栽培品种的RAPD分析 被引量:34

摘要 以香榧 8个主要栽培品种无性系的种子胚乳DNA为研究材料 ,利用 2 3种多态型明显的引物进行了RAPD分析。结果表明 :8个品种之间在DNA水平上表现出较大的异质性 ;根据RPAD特异分离谱带确定了各品种的标记基因型 ,以此可实现对香榧无性系品种DNA水平上的鉴别 ;以标记基因型为依据对香榧 8个品种进行系统聚类分析 。 The endosperm DNA samples of the seeds of a same individual plant of eight main cultivars (clones) of Torreya grandis are analyzed with RAPD technology by using 23 primers that have distinct polymorphism?The result indicated that there was a relatively large difference between the eight varieties at the level of DNA molecule; the marker genotype of varieties was established according to particularly isolated bands in the experiments; the clone varieties of Torreya grandis can be identified at the level of DNA molecule according to the marker genotype; the eight varieties of Torreya grandis were analyzed systematically with a assembling analysis technology, and the analytic result tallied with the two classes of traditional morphological classification on the whole.
