摘要
采用游离小孢子培养双单倍体育种技术快速育成大白菜一代杂种‘豫园 5 0’。该品种生育期5 2d ,高温结球能力强 ,单球质量 1.4 5kg ,球形指数 1.74 ,抗病毒病、霜霉病、黑斑病和黑腐病等多种病害 ;净菜产量 5 2 .6～ 5 8.7t·hm-2 。
Yuyuan 50' is a new Chinese cabbage F 1 hybrid whose parents are self incompatiable double haploid lines induced by isolated microspore culture. It takes 52 days from sowing to maturity . Its head weight is 1.45kg , head shape index is 1.74. It's tolerant to heat and suitable to plant in summer, resistant to turnip virus, downy mildew and black spot. The marketable yeild is 52.6-58.7t·hm -2 .
