Modern genetic marker is one of the fields that developed most rapidly in the subject of modern genetic marker in recent years. In this paper, the general situation of research and the advance of the analytical technique on molecular genetic markers such as RFLP?DNA fingerprinting?RAPD and microsatellite DNA are described systematically .And be aimed at the recent study status and problems, its trend of research in the future and development were discussed.
