碳酸氢铵肥料颗粒化工艺特性的研究

Study on the Technical Parameters in Granulation of Ammonium Bicarbonate as Fertilizer

以普通碳铵肥料颗粒化为目标 ,研究成型压缩力和含水量对碳铵对辊造粒的影响。结果表明 ,碳铵造粒的最佳成型压缩力为 3 0MN/m2 ,碳铵粉肥压制成型与脱模的最佳含水量为 4%～ 5 %。

The effect of the shaping pressure and the moisture of Ammonium Bicarbonate (AB) on the granulation of AB was studied. Results showed that the best shaping pressure was 30MN/m 2 and the feasible moisture of AB was 4%～5%.
