安徽省蔬菜农药残留现状与控制对策

Status and Control of Pesticide Residues in Vegetables in Anhui Province

20 0 0年 6～ 9月对合肥市 10个主要菜市场的蔬菜商品抽样调查 ,检测有机磷及氨基甲酸酯类农药的超标情况 ,结果合格率为 85 % ;2 0 0 1年 5～ 10月对合肥、六安、蚌埠、芜湖、巢湖等 6个市的菜市场出售的蔬菜进行了调查 ,结果显示有机磷及氨基甲酸酯类农药平均超标率为 8% ,农药残留超标情况呈下降趋势。要进一步提高蔬菜质量 ,降低农残超标率必须从源头抓起 ,要建立无公害蔬菜质量认证体系 ;建立放心菜生产基地 ,创立放心菜品牌 ;建立直销网络 。

Combined with the occurrence and control of main diseases and pests of vegetables in Anhui Province, the status of pesticide residues in the vegetables was described and the ways of controlling pesticide residues in the vegetables was summarized and put forward in this paper.
