摘要
EBV编码的潜伏性膜蛋白(latentmembraneprotein,LMP)是近年来研究病毒在人类致癌作用中很受关注的信号传递蛋白。其中的LMP1由于能在鼻咽癌癌前病变的患者中检出,并能在体外使正常人上皮细胞转化成恶性变而受人关注。这种非受体蛋白能利用细胞内多种信号传递系统,调节和控制细胞的增生和凋亡,从而在癌变的发生和发展过程中起着重要的作用。虽然LMP1参与多样功能,但它的主导功能及机制还不是很清楚。本文对LMP1和LMP2的作用机理及应用前景进行评述和讨论。
EBV encoded latent membrane protein s(LMPs )play an important role in the pathogenesis and development of nasoparyngeal carcinoma,partic ularly because LMP1can transform established human epithelial cells in vitro and can be detected in all EBV-infected preinvasive nasophaugeal dysplastic lesions.LMP1can act as a receptor-like molecule and participates in multiple signallin g pathways.It regulates cell proliferation and apoptosis.However,the function of LMP1in epithelial cells is however not clea r,neither phenotypic effects nor tr ansducing pathway.The molecular me chanisms of LMP1and LMP2function and their application will be reviewed and discussed.
