联合电网条件下广西电网购电优化调度系统分析

System analysis for electricity purchasing optimal dispatching of Guangxi Electric Power Pool

用系统工程的理论与方法 ,分析了在电力市场和联合电网条件下 ,广西电网购电优化调度系统的要素特点与利益主体的优化目标 ;用大系统理论分析了电网优化调度的层次与结构 .在此基础上 ,建立了相应的大系统递阶模型结构 ,并根据各层次具体功能与优化目标提出了相应的数学模型形式 ,模型结构与形式能很好地描述电网购电在时间与空间上的优化分配 .

By means of systems engineering theories and methods, for the Guanxi Power Network the system's characteristics and its optimal objectives of system's profit units under the condition of an electric power pool are analyzed. The structure of electricity purchasing optimal dispatching of Guangxi Electric Power Pool is analyzed according to the large_scale system theory. And its large_scale system hierarchical model structure is set up; and then the forms of all models are given. The structure and the models can well describe the optimal allocation in time and space of electricity purchasing of Guangxi Electric Power Pool.
