用放射性塑料微球动态测定扩张期皮肤软组织的血流量 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究扩张中皮肤软组织的血流量动态改变。方法:在豚鼠背部制作常规间断皮肤扩张动物模型,用放射性塑料微球测定不同时间点的皮肤软组织血流量。结果:豚鼠背部正常皮肤软组织血流量为243±182μl/g/min。置入扩张器后,背部皮肤软组织血流量下降到78±54μl/g/min。扩张中期皮肤软组织血流量回升,与正常值差别不明显。扩张终止后皮肤软组织血流量为153±116μl/g/min,明显低于正常值。结论:不适当的扩张对皮肤软组织的血流供应有损害作用,导致组织血流量下降。 Objective:To investigate the change of tissue blood flow during skin expansion Methods:An animal model of skin expansion was established with guinea pigs The technique of nuclide labeled plastic microspheres was used to determine the tissue blood fluid Results:The blood flow was 243±182μl/g/min in normal tissue and decreased significantly in early stage of expansion(P<0 05) In the middle stage of expansion,the tissue blood flow risen to the normal level At the time of expansion completion,the tissue blood flow decreased to 153±116μl/g/min Conclusion:Inadequate expansion is harmful to blood vessel system and lead to blood flow decrease
