摘要
目的:探讨下唇唇癌术后不同程度缺损的修复方法。方法:根据下唇唇癌术后缺损程度,缺损小于1/3的5例患者采取“V”形滑行组织瓣,缺损在2/3左右的另5例患者采取扇形组织瓣修复。结果:小于1/3的缺损术后的修复效果好,而2/3左右的缺损术后口角略变钝。结论:下唇唇癌术后缺损的修复应根据下唇缺损的程度,选择合理的手术方法。
Objective : To explore the procedures for immediate reconstruction of lower lip defects with different percentage after tumor excision. Method: Five patients who had a defect smaller than one-third of the lower lip were treated using 'V' sliding skin flap. Another 5 patients who had a defect about two-thirds of the lower lip were treated using rotation-advancement flap. Results: Good results were obtained both aesthetically and functionally in the former 5 patients. Another 5 patients' commissure became a little obtuse. Conclusion: The selection of procedures for immediate reconstruction of lower lip depends on the percentage of the lip defects.
