激素在毛囊皮脂腺单位发育中的作用(上) 被引量:1

摘要 雄激素是性毛发和皮脂腺发育所必需的。然而,毛囊皮脂腺单位(PSU)的生长和分化需要雄激素与大量其他的生物因子的相互作用。PSU对雄激素的反应形式在胚胎期间即被决定。毛囊生长包括重演胚胎发育全过程的表皮-基质间的密切的相互作用;这些相互作用对于培养中毛发的最佳生长是必需的。最近发现过氧化物酶体生物激活受体(PPARs)和视黄醛对皮脂细胞生长和分化有特殊的作用。许多其他的性激素如生长激素、胰岛素样生长因子、胰岛素、糖皮质激素、雌激素和甲状腺激素在PSU生长和发育中起重要作用。本文综述了PSU发育和激素治疗PSU疾患如多毛症、寻常痤疮和斑秃的生物学与内分泌学基础。必要的是进一步理解多种因素与正常PSU生长和分化有关,这将为这些疾病提供最佳的治疗途径。
