摘要
目的 提高阿苯达唑 (albendazole)的体外溶出速率。方法 以固体分散技术制备阿苯达唑固体分散物 (albendazolesoliddispersions) ,对其体外溶出度、平衡溶解度进行了测定 ,并采用差示热分析法和X射线衍射方法分析鉴别药物在载体中的存在状态。结果 阿苯达唑固体分散物差示热分析和X射线衍射图谱表明阿苯达唑以非晶体状态存在 ;阿苯达唑固体分散物体外溶出速率 10min内达到原药 15倍以上 ,明显比阿苯达唑体外溶出速率加快 ;不同比例阿苯达唑固体分散物溶解度较阿苯达唑提高了 12 .72~ 2 1.84倍。阿苯达唑固体分散物显著改善了药物的溶解特性。
OBJECTIVE To improve the dissolution of albendazole preparation.METHODS The albendazole solid dispersions were prepared.The balance solubility and dissolutions of the solid dispersions were detected.Differential thermal analysis (DTA) and X-Ray powder diffraction were used to determine the status of albendazole in carriers.RESULT The results showed that the drug in solid dispersions existed in amorphous form.The dissolutions of the solid dispersions were 15 times faster than the pure drug in 10 minutes. The solubility was 12.72~21.84 times to that of the pure drug. The solubility property of the albendazole solid dispersions was increased obviously.CONCLUSION The albendazole solid dispersions can increase the solubility of albendazole in vitro.
