改良COBDP方案治疗24例非霍奇金淋巴瘤的疗效观察

目的 观察改良COBDP方案治疗 2 4例非霍奇金淋巴瘤的近期疗效。方法 用异环磷酰胺、长春碱酰胺、平阳霉素、顺铂、泼尼松 (改良COBDP方案 )联合化疗治疗 2 4例非霍奇金淋巴瘤 ,观察该方案的疗效和不良反应。结果 2 4例患者完全缓解 14例 [完全缓解率 (CR) 5 8.3% ],有效 5例 [总有效率 (RR) 79.1% ]。主要不良反应为骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应。对症治疗反应良好。结论 用改良COBDP方案治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤近期疗效显著 ;

Objective To study the response to COBDP chemotherapy regime in 24 patients with Non Hodgkin lymphoma. Methods Use the modified COBDP chemotherapy in 24 patients with non Hodgkin's lymphoma to observe their efficacies and side effects. Results The CR rate was 58.3% and the overall response rate was 79.1%. Conclusion COBDP regime is a practical and effective chemotherapeutie method in treatment of Non Hodgkin Lymphoma.
