摘要
报道一种以盐酸依诺沙星与碘铋酸盐生成的分子缔合物为电活性物质的 PVC膜依诺沙星选择性电极。在p H2 .2~ 6 .0范围内 ,电极的 Nernst响应范围为 1.0× 10 - 2 ~ 5 .0× 10 - 5mol/ L ,斜率为 5 8.0 m V / p C,检测限为 4 .2× 10 - 6 mol/ L。该电极响应速度快 ,重现性好。应用于依诺沙星片的含量测定 ,方法平均回收率为 97.5 % ,RSD为1.0 % 。
A new polyvinyl chloride membrane enoxacin selective electrode based on enoxacin and potassium bismuthiodide association complex was reported. The electrode was used for the determination of enoxacin tablets by the standard curve method. The electrode showed Nernst response for enoxacin with a slope of 58.0 mV/pC over the concentration range of 1.0×10 -2 ~5.0×10 -5 mol/L, and the detection limit was 4.2×10 -6 mol/L. The electrode had fast response and good reproducibility. The average recovery was 97.5% and RSD was 1.0%. The results obtained agreed with those of ultraviolet spectrophotometry.
