养胃合剂对癌症患者免疫功能和生存质量影响的临床研究

Clinical Trial of YANGWEIHEJI Acting on Immunity and Quality of Life of Tumor Patients

观察经验方养胃合剂对接受放化疗的癌症患者免疫功能和生存质量方面的影响。以前瞻、随机、单盲、对照法分为治疗组 (常规放化疗加养胃合剂 ) 4 6例 ,对照组 (常规放化疗 ) 74例。结果 ,治疗组CD3 、CD4 、CD3 /CD4 下降值均小于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;免疫球蛋白没有明显差别 ;治疗组生存质量在身体机能、心理状况、毒副反应和总评分上均好于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。养胃合剂能够调节接受放化疗的癌症患者的细胞免疫功能 ,提高患者的生存质量。

Objective :The trial is to observe the effect of 'YANGWEIHEJI' acting on immunity and quality of life of tumor patients. Methods :Prospective,random,blind and case-control study.74 control patients were treated with routine methods of radiotherapy or chemotherapy,and 46 case patients combined with YANWEIHEJI. Results :The decreased quantity of CD 3,CD 4,CD 3/CD 4 of the case group are less than that of the control group( P <0.05).At the same time,the four parts of quality of life are better than the control group( P <0.01). Conclusion :YANGWEIHEJI can protect the immunity and quality of life of tumor patients.
