摘要
研究了由微生物转化法生产木糖醇的分离纯化工艺。当含有 0 .2 0 %木糖转化液与 2 .0 m ol/ L Na OH溶液混合体积比为 1∶ 2 9,回流约 2 h,残留在转化液中的木糖就降解为相应的酸和盐类 ,经阴、阳离子交换树脂除去 ,浓缩结晶得到木糖醇晶体。木糖醇总收率为 2 5 .8% ,晶体纯度达 98.6 1%
The separation and purification of xylitol produced by biotransformation were studied. As the volume ratio of the fermentation solution contained 0.20% xylose to 2.0 mol/L NaOH was 1∶29, the residual xylose was hydrolyzed to produce corresponding acid and salt after reflux for 2 h. Then the acid and salt were removed by ion-exchange resins. The xylitol was crystallized, the recovery of xylitol was up to 25.8%, the purity was 98.61%.
