冻干人纤维蛋白胶制品中磷酸三丁酯残留量的气相色谱法测定

Determination of Residual TNBP in Freezing Human Fibrin Sealant Kit by GC

采用气相色谱法测定冻干人纤维蛋白胶制品中磷酸三丁酯残留量。以磷酸三丙酯 (TPP)作内标 ,采用 HP-2 0 M(Carbowax2 0 M)色谱柱 ,气化室温度 :190°C;检测器温度 :2 10°C;柱温 :140°C;载气为氮气。磷酸三丁酯在 2～16 μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好 ,相关系数为 0 .9995 ,平均回收率为 10 0 .2 % (RSD2 .78% )

The residual quantity of tri (n-butyl) phosphate (TNBP) in freezing human fibrin sealant kit was determined by GC. HP-20M column was used with tripropyl phosphate (TPP) as the internal standard. The injector, detector and column temperature were 190°C, 210°C and 140°C, respectively. The carrying gas was nitrogen. The standard curve was linear in the range of 2~16 μg/ml(r=0.9995). The average recovery was 100.2%(RSD 2.78%).
