摘要
高效液相色谱外标法测定注射用美洛西林钠的含量。采用 Shim- Pack CL C- ODS柱 ,以混合磷酸盐缓冲液 -乙腈 (6 5∶ 35 ,p H=6 .1)为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 0 8nm,线性范围为 3～ 7μg(r=0 .9999) ,回收率为 99.9%～10 0 .0 % ,RSD小于 0 .5 4%。
A HPLC method for the determination of mezlocillin sodium for injection was established. A Shim-Pack CLC-ODS column was used, with the mobile phase of mixed phosphate buffer solution-acetonitrile (65∶35,pH=6.1),at the detection wavelength of 208 nm. The linear range was 3~7 μg(r=0.9999). The recovery was 99.9%~100.0%, and RSD was less than 0.54%.
