本文介绍了一种双台面微机动态轨道衡的新型软件。当油罐车通过秤台时,计算机能自动地以整车计量方式计算出车重,从而消除罐中液体晃动对计量精确度的影响。当固态货车通过秤台时,计算机自动地以转向架计量方式计算出车重。因为有两个秤台,每个转向架被计量两次,这样,称量精确度比单秤台高。

The article treats of the software of the dynamic weighbridge with microcomputer. This weighbridge comprises two platforms of weigher.When a tank wagon is passing through the platforms,the weight of the wagon can be calculated with the whole wagon weighing mode by microcomputer automatically,so that the influence of the liquid motion-wave in the tank on the weighing accaracy can be eliminated. When a solid goods wagon is passing through the platforms,the weight of the wagon can be calculated automatically with the bogie weighing mode by microcomputer.Because there are two platforms,every bogie weight is calculated twice,and so the weighing accu- racy is better than that in one platform.
