室温交联丙烯酸乳胶及其应用

ROOM TEMPERATURE CROSSLINKING ACRYLIC EMULSIONS AND ITS APPLICATION

本文论述了碳酸锆铵交联剂的合成及其与丙烯酸乳胶的组配。配制成单包装乳胶在室温下可储存一年,涂布成膜后可在室温交联固化。与未交联的丙烯酸乳胶相比,其耐水性,耐溶剂性及附着力等均有明显提高。锆交联丙烯酸乳胶已初步在纺织用涂料印花浆中推广应用。

A crosslinker,ammonium zirconium carbonate(AZC)was synthesised.One package acrylic emulsions formulated with AZC are stable for one year's storage under room tem- perature.The propertise of the crosslinking film applied,such as water/sclvent resistance and adhesion etc.,in comparision with the conventional acrylic emulsions,are much more improved.The preliminary application in printing color pastes for textile is under dissemi- nation.
