壳寡糖抑制肿瘤作用的研究

Study on the anti-tumour marine drugs of chitooligosaccharides

本文通过对几种寡聚糖对S180癌细胞的抑制作用试验,筛选出其中有较强抑瘤作用的壳寡糖。并对不同工艺制备的壳寡糖用体外抑瘤方法进行抑瘤活性比较,结果表明:3种壳寡糖中对癌细胞DNA合成的抑制作用效果最好的是C-Ⅲ-2,抑制率达98.5%。壳寡糖C-Ⅲ-2对多种肿瘤细胞体外的抑制作用试验表明:壳寡糖对肝癌细胞有明显抑制作用,抑制率平均达76%,高于顺铂组及对照组;同时对小鼠肝癌腹水细胞的生长也有一定的影响。

Three kinds of oligosaccharides from different sources have been tested and compared for their inhibitory activities on S180 tumor cells in vitro. The results indicate that the preparation C-Ⅲ-2 from chitooligosaccharides showed a highest inhibitory activity (98. 5%) on DNA synthesis in tumor cells. Other test results showed that the chitooligosaccharides also inhibited tumor cells from human liver by 76%.
