大学生作为高素质的劳动群体 ,在社会主义现代化建设中的重要作用是不言而喻的。但由于传统分配制度的、高校教育指导作用的以及大学生自身的一些原因 ,使得大学毕业生在求职择业中出现了许多这样那样的问题 ,这理应引起我们的高度重视。

It is self?evident that college students,a labor group with high quality ,can play a very important role in modern socialist construction.But duo to such causes as the traditional allocation system,educational instructions of colleges along with some causes of the college students themselves,several problems have arisen in their job?seeking,to which we should pay more attention.
