从生态旅游兴起的原因入手 ,探讨了生态旅游的概念 ,论述了生态旅游是一种将生态学思想贯穿整个旅游系统并指导其可持续旅游发展模式 ,以求对生态旅游的实质有一个科学的把握。

To start with the reasons of ecotourism rising,this paper probes into the ecotourism concept,expounding that ecotourism is the pattern that has the ecology thought running through the whole tourism system and guidint the sustained development of tourism,to have scientific grasp of the substance of ecotourism.
