摘要
本文利用ICP-AES法进行焊锡中Sn、Pb含量的测定。通过实验确定了测定条件和减少干扰的途径。本方法较简便、干扰少,相对标准偏差<1％,基本上可满足焊锡测定的要求。
The determination of lead and tin in tin solder by ICP-AES method is given in this paper. The analytical condition and the ways for elimination of interference were found through experiments. This method is simple, convenient with less interference. It can meet the practical requirements for solder analysis with relative standard deviation of less than 1%.
