摘要
文章分析了创新人才成长的主客观因素 ,阐明高校在人力资源培养与管理中的重要性 ,提出高校要从教育观念 ,教育管理模式 ,办学体制与形式、教学与科研等方面改革管理模式 ,加快管理创新 ,培养创新人才 ,适合社会发展的需要。
The author of the paper analyses the internal and external factors on training the creative person and point out the importance of the training and management of human resources.She also suggests that the model of University management should be reformed in the neducational thoughts,the model of teaching administration system and the style of university organization,teaching and scientific research and so on.Only all should be done quickly,it can train the more creative persons to meet the needs of the modern society.
