摘要
从人类历史发展的规律 ,回顾了 2 0世纪近代计算器与DNA的双螺旋结构两个极重要的科技发展的起源。论述了 2 1世纪科技发展前景 ,全球科技发展的重点将继续向技方面倾斜 ,在以后的 30~ 4 0年间应用研究发展最快的将有芯片的广泛应用、医学与药物和生物工程的高速发展。提出了要正确处理科与技的相对比重 。
With the development of human history, the origins of two considerably important science and technology developments in computing machines and the double spiral structure of DNA of the 20th century are reviewed, and the future development of science and technology in the 21st century is prospected, emphasizing the key advancement on technology. In the following 30 40 years, the quickest development in applied research includes: wide application of chips; rapid development of medicine, pharmacology and bioengineering. How to appropriately deal with the relative proportion of science and technology, and what to do with the continual development of trade globalization are presented.
