Ethical Values in the Development of High-Technology Industry

在我国现代化的进程中 ,高新技术产业的发展举足轻重。如何认识高新技术产业蕴涵的伦理价值 ,认识的程度如何 ,关乎着高新技术产业化的进展速度和发展前景 ,也关系到 2 1世纪中华民族的发展方向。从伦理的价值理性出发 ,着手分析科学技术发展中的善、应当、正义 ,辨析这三者相互关联 ,力图从价值理性上肯定进而弘扬我国高新技术产业蕴涵的伦理价值 ,意在营造科技创新的良好氛围。

The high technology industry plays a very important role in the process of modernization in China. An understanding of ethical values in the high technology industry affects the speed and the prospect of high technology industry development, and also relates the direction of Chinese development in 21st century. It is pointed out that basic ethical values should contain three aspects: virtue, justice and responsibility, and the relationship among these three aspects are analyzed. It is emphasized that ethical values should be involved in the development of the high technology industry.
