在工程中 ,施工机械的使用寿命同工作性质、施工机械的管理、维修、保养和施工能力的要求有关 ,单纯以施工机械的主体部件的磨耗程度或疲劳损伤 ,来确定其寿命的方式并不适用。事实上 ,施工机械在管理、维修、保养的条件下 ,施工机械在使用期内各种工作状态的出现是随机的。从概率论的角度讲 ,在运营期间施工机械在某一时刻的工作状态是稳定的。根据施工机械的工作性质提出了施工机械两种报废形式 ,并从经济性分析角度给出了相应的报废指标 ,并能具体分析施工机械的具体寿命。

The service life of a construction mechanism depends on the behavior of the work, management and maintenance for the construction mechanism and the demand of construction capacity. It is not suitable to calculate the life service only based on the degree of wear and tear of the main parts of a construction mechanism. In fact, the function state of a construction mechanism appears randomly under the conditions of management and maintenance and it assumes stability at a certain time. According to the behavior of a construction mechanism, two kinds of ways to scrap a construction mechanism are presented and scrapped indexes are given to analyze the life service of a construction mechanism.
