摘要
债转股作为减轻国有企业债务负担 ,化解金融资产风险的重大战略措施 ,正受到世人的密切关注。对债转股的内涵、运行机制和应注意的问题等方面进行了探讨 。
Debt to equity swaps play an important role in alleviating liabilities of state owned enterprises and reducing financial assets. This is one focus of this paper. The meaning of debt to equity swaps is discussed, together with its operational system and problems that may arise in its application.
