摘要
利用正交实验方法研究大豆油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺与无机盐NaCl对AES体系的协同增稠性能。对比发现 ,大豆油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺具有比椰油二乙醇酰胺(Ninol)更优的增稠性能。通过对正交实验数据进行极差分析 ,得到了最佳配方 :AES12 % ,大豆油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺1 % 。
The thinking properties of aqueous solutions of AES with soybean-oil fatty acid diethaolamide were studied by L34 orthogonal design method. The results show the thickening property of soybean-oil fatty acid diethaolamide to AES aqueous solutions is the better than that of Ninol, the best prescription with the biggest viscosity is AES12%,soybean-oil fatty acid diethaolamide 1%,pH=9?
