某药物与β一环糊精包合物的研究

本文对β一环糊精包合药物进行了初步研究。实验采用饱和水溶液法,以β一环糊精为主体 ,以含羟基药物为客体 ,制备不同摩尔包合比的包合物 ,并通过对各包合物进行药物含量测定 ,以及对滤液进行的分析来确定最佳摩尔包合比 ,得出β一环糊精 :药物(mol/mol)=1

The article introduced the prime study of β-cyclodextrin including the madicine. The different molar ratios complexes were prepared by the saturation aqueous solutions method, and host is β-CD, hydroxidy medicine is used as guest. The best molar ratio was attained by the medicine content acquisition of the complexes , as well as the analysis of the kictrate. In the other word, the best molar ratios of β-CD and the medicine is 1 : 3.
