摘要
本文首先分析三种电机转速测量方法的优缺点 ,然后提出改进方法 ,最后给出其硬件电路及软件流程 ,并通过实验验证该方法的优越性。该测速方法被应用于某振动时效装置中 ,可实现高精度实时测量。
The advantage and disadvantage of three methods of speed measurement is analyzed. Then an advanced method including hardware and software is presented. The advantage of the method is verified by the tests. This method has been applied into vibratory stress relief devices, which can realize high-accuracy and real-time speed measurement. This method can be widely applied into DC PWM variable speed system.
