长直量子线中δ势散射的共振态

摘要 利用格林函数方法讨论了量子系统中共振能量与束缚能级的关系 ,指出它们应满足的不同条件 .采用简化方法讨论了长直量子线中δ势散射的共振态 ,发现与一维情况相同 ,准一维量子线中的δ势散射不存在共振透射 . The differences between the resonant energies and the bound state energies of the quantum system are discussed using the Green's function method,and the results show that the two kinds of energies are required to meet different conditions.The resonance phenomena of the quantum system are analyzed with a simplized method,in which it is no need to calculate the conductance,so that it is more convenient and needs less computation.The resonant states in a straight long quantum wire with a single δ-function scatterer are studied and we have found that there is no resonant transmission in this system just as in the case of a pure one-dimensional system.
