摘要
运用了一种较为有效的清、浊音判决方法以及基音平滑方法来提高基音检测的准确性 .减小了基音周期不规则的不平稳语音段基音估计的误差 。
An effective algorithm for voiced/unvoiced sounds discrimination and pitch tracking smoothing is presented.The algorithm can improve the accuracy of pitch estimation, especially reduce the detecting error in unstable speech segment. So it comes to realize a better synthesized voice based on low bit-rates coders.
