摘要
成品卵检疫由于是对流通商品的质量检测 ,而母蛾检疫是对中间产品的质量检测 ,所以成品卵检疫应比母蛾检疫更具有质量保证 .分析实验室试验与生产调查二方面的结果 ,成品卵毒率与微粒子病的遗传毒率、当代母蛾毒率及蚕茧产量间均存在明显的相关性 ,用成品卵毒率作为蚕种质量 (这里主要指微孢子带毒率 )的判定依据是可行的 ,也是可靠的 .但是需着重强调的是 ,成品卵毒率的正确性与稳定性是成品卵检疫技术的关键 。
The quarantine of silkworm eggs as a directive detection to products is more reliable than that of female moths as a middle products detection. By the experiment in laboratory and practical investigation, the results showed that the percentage of silkworm eggs infected with N.bombycis was significantly related to the percentage of the silkworm come down with N.bombycis by the reproduction as well as the output of its cocoon. Therefore, the percentage of silkworm eggs infected with N.bombycis as a marker of quality analysis in silkworm breeding was objective and reliable, but its accuracy and stability were also very important in the quarantine of commercial silkworm eggs.
