影响木立芦荟试管快速繁殖因素的研究

The Searching of Complications in Tissue Culture of Aloe arborescens Mill

以木立芦荟的试管苗为外植体进行试管快速繁殖的研究 ,结果表明 6 -BA可以极大地提高不定芽的增殖率 ,但同时出现了大量的玻璃化试管苗 ,而且随着继代次数的增加 ,出现了 6 -BA沉积现象 ,玻璃化现象更加严重 ;不定芽的增殖系数还与接种的外植体直径的大小。

In the tissue culture of Aloe arborescens Mill using the explants of the tube seedlings. I was obserued that the 6-BA could markedly increase overly the proliferous rate of indefinite buds, but a large numbers of vitrificational seedlings would occur. With the continue generations increasing, the aggradation of 6-BA would appear and the vitricational phenomenons would aggravate. It was also suggested that the multiplication of indefinite buds be correlate with the diameters and the shearing parts of the explants.
