摘要
利用黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger)于35~37℃条件下将柑桔加工废渣(调节pH6.0~6.5,湿度70~75%)中的部分纤维素分解成简单易消化的糖,并通过菌体大量繁殖来提高其蛋白质含量,再利用白地霉(Oidium Lactis Fresenius)进一步发酵提高蛋白质和脂肪含量,制备天然发酵饲料,全过程无污染,且成本低,营养价值高,有望实现工业化生产。
At 35~37℃,use the Aspergillus niger to dissolve part of the of cellulose in offsucm of citrus into carbohydrate that can be easily digested,therefore to raise the content of protein.And then ,let the oidium Lattis Fresenins be further fermented at 18~20℃ to raise the content of protein and fat.In that way the zymotic forage is of many advantages such as low cost,high nectrition and no toxicity which obviously benefit the econmy and environment.
