摘要
从持币时间概念出发推出货币流通速度的统计表达式 ,得到货币流通速度与平均持币时间成反比 .基于消费理论中的生命周期模型 ,确定货币流通速度取决于经济主体进行消费选择决策时的边际储蓄率和时间偏好 .
The statistical expression of the circulation velocity of money is presented by introducing the concept of money holding time, it follows that the circulation velocity of money is inversely proportional to the average money holding time. From the life cycle model of consumption and saving, the main result that the circulation velocity of money is determined by marginal propensity to save and time preference which are involved in decision making of consumption and saving is deduced.
