摘要
用喇曼散射光谱、扫描隧道显微学 (STM)和接触角等分析方法研究了纳米尺度TiO2 薄膜经 36 5nm波长紫外辐照后的疏水 亲水转变机理 .实验中观察到氧空位和OH基团的喇曼峰 .用STM进行薄膜结构分析 ,观察到TiO2 表面金红石相到锐钛矿相的结构转变 .研究结果表明 ,纳米尺度TiO2
The mechanism of hydrophobic/hydrophilic conversion of ultraviolet light(365 nm) treated nanosized TiO 2 film was studied using Raman spectroscopy,scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) and measurement of water contact angle.The Raman peaks for oxygen vacancy and OH stretching mode were observed.And as analyzed with STM,the microstructure of the surface was also found to transform form rutile to anatase phase.The results revealed that photoinduced hydrophilicity of nanosized TiO 2 film depends strongly on the change of its peculiar microstructure of the surface.
