摘要
陈独秀民主思想发展演变的过程可分为三阶段：《新青年》时期拥护“德谟克拉西”──建党以后以阶级斗争和无产阶级专政取而代之──大革命失败后重新高举民主主义旗帜。经过否定之否定，上升到新的思想高度，尤以最后见解曲终奏雅，堪称绝唱。它属于２０世纪人类创造和积累的宝贵精神财富，我们应该继承下来。
The development of democratic ideology of Chen DUXIU's ma y be divided into three stages:during th e period of'The New Youth',he endorsed democracy,after the establishment of the Communist Party,he substituted the clas s struggle and proletarian dictatorship for the democracy,after the failure of t he Great Revolution,he re-held the democ ratic banner.His democracy ideology,espe cially his latter thought,may be rated asa peak of poetic perfection.It is the va luable spiritual wealth created and accu mulated by mankind in the twentieth cent ury,and we should inherit it.
